Privacy & Enquiry Information
When you select “Send enquiry”, your contact details, project requirements and optional attachments are sent through our server and Resend to our inbox (freeman.wangxz@outlook.com) so we can respond.
What you provide
Name, email and product interest are required. Project country/region, quantity, company, phone and preferred timeline are optional. You can attach reference files. Only provide information and files you want us to use for your enquiry.
How your enquiry is sent
Selecting files and previewing your enquiry do not upload anything. Submission happens only when you select “Send enquiry”. Our server checks the entries and files, then passes them to Resend for email delivery. Resend and the receiving email provider process and retain this information according to their own policies.
Temporary processing
This website has no enquiry database. Our server processes entries and files in memory and does not write their contents to disk. Temporary request identifiers, content fingerprints and request counts help prevent duplicate messages and limit abuse. They do not contain the original enquiry text or files. Browser autofill or page restoration may retain entries; changing language or reloading may require you to add files again.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry and continue project communication. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
